Add NetBSD install #4

im not sure how netbsd packages work is that one similar to gospt-git in aur where it will update as i push to git or does it require manual updates per version.

and i have to edit the wiki but after this is merged i will copy it to the wiki. was there any changes you wanted to add beyond the readme edits?

No, it's in the official repo, only people with write access can update the package but, don't worry. I've assigned myself as package maintainer and have added your repo to my RSS feed reader, so I'll get notified when you do new releases.
